This hip harness is mostly used to support the center of gravity to relieve upper body pressure during vertical rope bondage suspensions.
In this class, Gorgone teaches their version of the Hip-Loader with their model Becky. This minimalistic and wonderfully versatile hip harness is mostly used to support the center of gravity to relieve upper body pressure during vertical suspensions. It can also be used for a face-down Scorpion Pose, single-point inversions, bridges and face-up torsions. It is the isolated version of the hip-loading block of Gorgone's 'Butterfly Harness' and Gestalta's 'Bamboo '. It can be incorporated in any chest harness with a waist wrap or used separately with any upper body tie – even with a harness that could not be suspended otherwise, such is Kinoko's 'Forearm Binder'. *Captions available for this series: English

When I use hip loader to hang someone a single-point inversion, I often find that if the other person has thicker legs, they tend to feel painful constriction around their thighs easily. How should this be handled?
I find this puts a lot of pressure on the tendon in the front of the groin (adductor). Any tips? Or another hip harness good for face-down?
