Diamond Strappado

In this class, Gorgone teaches their Diamond Strappado with their model De'Jon. This arm-binder is designed to make the famously challenging strappado tie a little bit more comfortable for people with less flexibility and reduce circulation issues. In the harness class, Gorgone teaches two different third rope patterns to make the tie more supportive for suspensions. In the suspension video they show how to load the harness from various places and demonstrate a full "running man" vertical suspension.
